What we collect
Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address and project details you enter, and any drawings or photos you attach. We also record the time, the IP address the enquiry came from, your browser type and the page you sent it from, which helps us tell genuine enquiries from automated spam.
Visits. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not build profiles and does not track you across other websites.
The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you engage us, carry out the work. Drawings you send are used only to scope and deliver the job you asked about.
Where it is stored
Enquiries and attachments are stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure, which hosts this website, and are emailed to Jurutera Solutions. Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf; it does not use it for its own purposes. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to keep proper business records, and delete attachments we no longer need.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except where a job requires it (for example a registered engineer in another discipline working on the same design with you) or where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent contact details.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an enquiry and its attachments. Email juruterasolutions@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Standards we follow
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), whether or not the Act formally applies to a business of our size. This notice may be updated as the site changes; the date at the top shows the current version.
